As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the on-site construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the ICI construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and protocols.
- Construction-related certification or degree is an asset.
- Healthcare experience is an asset

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
