Randall Manufacturing is a family owned têxtile manufacturer in Thorndale, ON looking to add to their production team. Multiple positions are available for weekdays and weekends. Day shift and Night shift.

We manufacture non-woven têxtile and are searching for motivated and reliable people to grow within our company. There are many opportunities to work yourself into a shift leader, machine operator and even millwright and maintenance positions.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is interested in starting a long term career.
- A positive team member who enjoys working with others.
- Able to lift 30-50lbs throughout the day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn different parts of the manufacturing process.
- Load raw material.
- Measure and cut cardboard tubes.
- Wrap finished rolls and label rolls.
- Learn machine PLC and process controls.
- Assist with maintenance during downtime.
- Sweep floor and keep a clean workplace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thorndale, ON N0M 2P0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
