**Business Development Specialist**

Levis Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our young startup as Business Development Specialist.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a competitive spirit, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. There will also be substantial collaboration and mentorship opportunities with Levis Tech’s management group, and communication with the product development team to ensure you have the background knowledge to confidently market and sell a complex product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the CEO and the partner group to create effective sales materials, promotions and campaigns that align with company goals.
- Track and report sales activities, meetings, contacts, lead status, and networking opportunities through provided client relationship management software.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's community membership products, pricing, and competitive landscape.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets; or a foundational skillset and an undeniable passion to thrive in this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of software solutions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
