**Job description**

Medical Clinic is looking for **medical receptionists** both part-time and full-time

**Duties**:

- Greet and process patients for appointments
- Answer phones and triage calls
- Scan and allocate documents into EMR
- Other clerical duties.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic Medical Terminology
- Knowle of medical records keeping
- Knowledge of Telus **PS Suite EMR**
- Working knowledge of computer software including MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- Work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Trustworthy and ethical and tactful with a focus on security and confidentiality;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Excellent team, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm;
- Bilingual English-French is an asset.
- Passion to grow professionally and contribute to company growth;
- Long term commitment to the position;
This will start as a regular part-time position that may extend to full-time based upon performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 18-38 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- Reception: 1 year (required)
- Medical office: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- French (preferred)
