**Medical Receptionist - Ideal for students**

**Job Summary**

**Ideal Attributes**:

- Must be bilingual (Fluent in French and English - oral, written, reading)**
- A team player with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and calm demeanor
- Interpersonal skills: attentiveness to detail, professionalism, positive attitude, flexibility, ability to self-regulate
- Proficient with computers
- Keyboard skills: over 30 WPM
- Capable of managing multiple practitioners' schedules simultaneously and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Please note: Previous experience in a medical or rehabilitation clinic is an asset, but not mandatory. _

- Hours:

- 3+ hours/week **INCLUDING **1 evening shift every Wednesday from 2:30pm-5:30pm
- Opportunity to work extra hours when filling in for staff (holidays or illness).
- Flexibility to work during the daytime is an asset but not mandatory.
