Our **AdvanTec Manufacturing Canada** facility in Chilliwack BC, is looking for a couple positive, eager to learn **Production Workers** to join our team in the Glass and Glazing Department. The Production Worker is responsible for performing various repetitive tasks and will use a variety of light equipment or power tools to complete their duties.

**Essential functions for this role**:

- Operate light machinery, including grinders, sanders, cordless drills, and saws
- Install fabricated components in the final product
- Monitor the quality of the product
- Adhere to all safety standards and SOP’s

**Experience, qualifications, and skills**:

- Previous experience using hand and power tools an asset
- Previous experience working in a production environment an asset
- Comfortable working with glass
- Quality and detail oriented
- Able to lift 50 pounds safely
- Able to accurately read a tape measure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced repetitive environment
- A team player with a great attitude
- a willingness to learn new skills
