Ivor Forest Products is hiring **Production Workers** to work in teams in order to assemble packages of wood products in various sizes and grades after they exit production onto various outfeed mechanisms (conveyors, chains, rollers, trays). **Production Workers **retrieve individual pieces of finished wood as they are in motion on conveyors/chains/rollers/trays and work in rhythm as a team to form an assembly line to stack, strap, and assure quality of both the individual pieces & the stacked/finished units.

This position is full time day-shift only. Part time work is available but limited to applicants able to work a minimum shift length of 8 hours.

Special consideration given to applicants with experience working in industrial / lumber industry / assembly line positions.

**Responsibilities**
- Building loads according to piece counts specified on work orders or directed by supervisory personnel (eg 16 pieces wide by 25 pieces high)
- Engaging in cleanup activities when directed and sign off/initial cleaning & maintenance checklists with date when required
- Equipping the proper PPE at all times

**Requirements**:

- Ability to adhere to company handling guidelines for various classifications of product
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job, which includes extended periods of standing, constant movement, frequent lifting/transfer of objects weighing between 5~15lbs with occasional lifting of objects up to 50lbs in covered/indoor/semi-outdoor work stations in variable environmental conditions
- English communication skills
- Legally Allowed to work in Canada (must be able to provide SIN)
- Be “Fit for Duty”
