Make an impact with our Accounting team as an Accounts Payable Administrator. As a trusted advisor, you’ll compile, analyze, summarize and monitor financial data and reports that are integral to understanding the financial position of our firm.

**Responsibilities**
- Review account and tax coding for expense reports in SAP Concur Expense
- Work closely with the Finance and IT departments to ensure expense reports are processed in a timely manner
- Communicate with team members regarding expense reports and answer SAP Concur Expense related questions
- Complete requests to reverse expense reports in a timely manner
- Review travel advance credits and communicate with team members to determine a repayment plan if required
- Review unsubmitted/unapproved expenses weekly and follow up with team members as required
- Create, maintain, and update account reconciliations
- Triage work to specific team members (such as documents for review or signature), and review upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Complete ad hoc reporting and projects when requested
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Strong computer literacy including an understanding of Microsoft Excel and PDF
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write in a professional business environment
- Proven mathematical and analytical skills
- Exceptional client service focus with the capacity to work with both external and internal clients
- Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and professionally minded
- Any of the following would be considered an asset:

- A Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with SAP Concur Expense software, and an understanding of indirect taxes
- Experience working in a Professional Services environment or a Partnership
