**Job description**

Are you a high-performing Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer inspired to motivate and transform lives? Are you looking to take the step into a Leadership position and looking to gain experience? If so, we want to meet you.

As an Orangetheory Fitness Head Coach in training, you will be learning from the Head Coach as you have the opportunity to influence others to become fitter, stronger, and healthier.

**What is the role of the Head Fitness Coach in Training at Orangetheory Fitness?**
- Learn to Lead and develop a team of coaches to deliver an exceptional experience and workout
- Consistently deliver energetic, safe and results-driven OTF Classes
- Create a positive, high energy environment at the studio for staff and members
- Participate in outreach and community events as needed
- Work alongside the Studio manager and Head Coach to increase class participation
- Attend required meeting and ongoing training to ensure you are up to standard with the OTF product
- Maintain an organized and clean training floor and support with the upkeep of the studio

**What skills/qualifications do I need to bring to qualify for the position?**
- Previous experience coaching, group training or 1-on-1 Personal Training is required
- Must have an active Personal Training Certification
- Must have a passion for fitness and live the lifestyle. You must believe in the Orangetheory Fitness brand

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$65.00 per hour
