Overview:
**Duties**:

- Updating patient records
- EMR experience, preferably OSCAR PRO
- Communicating with labs, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Calculating billing amounts and sending bills to patients and insurance companies
- Leading patients to exam rooms or other areas and explaining medical procedures
- Maintaining medical inventory by ordering new supplies and equipment as needed
- Assessing newborn babies for biometrics (height, weight, head circumference)
- Maintain temperature logbooks twice a day & more
- Phlebotomy: should be certified
- Adept at problem-solving
- Good Communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using front desk phone systems

- Secondary School (preferred)

- MEDICAL ADMINISTRATOR: 2 years (required)
