**Overview**
Well established steel fabrication company seeking an experienced project manager
**Responsibilities**
- Manage projects ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee project timelines and coordinate with client to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide fabrication processes.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in all fabricated products.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fabrication with overall project execution.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in fabrication management or a related field within the construction industry.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in construction estimating and familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam for document management.
- Experience with blueprint reading and understanding structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction management software is essential; experience with ProCore is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective coordination across teams.
Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
