The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the successful development of projects related to the hosting agreement contract. Responsible for the procedure of initiation, planning, execution, regulation and closure as well as the guidance of the project team’s operations towards achieving all the agreed goals within the set scope, time, quality and budget standards **Major Responsibilities**: Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project Activity and resource planning Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short - and long-term goals Cost estimating and developing the budget Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Ensure customer satisfaction Analyze and manage project risk Monitor project progress Manage reports and necessary documentation Use and continually develop leadership **Minimum Education & Certifications Required**: 5-10 years experience in Project Management PMP certification Advanced PMI Certification desired 4 years Degree Azure / Trapeze experience is a plus **Experience & Skills Required**: High energy and ability to deal with complex work environments Demonstrable commitment to their project (ownership and accountability) Strong business acumen (specifically assessing business readiness and mitigation plans) Very strong communications skills; verbal and written Proven experience managing large multimillion-dollar projects that have significant business implications An approach and desire to remove project roadblocks, resolve issues and mitigate risks Demonstrated experience in building win-win relationships with Business and IS partners Experience with projects that have multiple stakeholders Ability to manage engagements with "executive level" visibility and interaction Technology capabilities are important, the PM must be able to work with and gain the confidence of technologists Must have the discipline and rigor to optimally use the project management tools Must have a commitment to produce and deliver high quality project plans, status updates and reports Have the willingness and skills to mentor and support other project managers Solid presentation skills **Physical Requirements & Working Conditions**: Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone KIJI
