Pacesetter Transport is actively looking to hire a **Dispatch Administrator**

- **What You’ll do as Dispatch Administrator**:_
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling drivers to maximize efficient use of manpower and equipment
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is available for required service and inspections
- Maintain regular communication between the Balzac and Leduc locations to efficiently allocate and optimize resources
- Stay informed on all product hauled, relevant regulations, and applicable operating authorities
- Monitor and enforce driver compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) and all safety regulations during dispatch activities
- Work mainly out of the Balzac office with occasional travel
- **What you will bring to the Team**:_
- Strong understanding of various truck and trailer configurations used in heavy-haul operations
- Familiarity with extraordinary permit processes in BC
- General knowledge of construction equipment and related terminology
- Solid understanding of permits, road bans, and key industry information sources
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Minimum 12 months of heavy-haul truck dispatching experience
- Demonstrated patience and strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Valid driver’s licence and clear driver abstract

**10 Year Driver Abstract and Pre-employment Background Check is required. Employment is contingent upon successful clearance results.**
