Montreal Corporate Head Office, where most of their employees are based, offers career opportunities in Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR as well as in the Production and Warehousing facilities.

**OBJECTIVE**:
Reporting to the Allocation Manager, the Allocation Coordinator acts as the main liaison with the shipping department. The incumbent will ensure the proper allocation of finished products to fulfill shipments in a timely manner.

**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Overseeing all finished goods have been allocated through the right channel
- Coordinating resolutions of issues with internal departments
- Reviewing internal processes to improve the delays in shipping of finished goods
- Responsible for coordinating the re-allocation of finished products
- Analyze and produce reports
- Perform the allocations of merchandise in a timely manner to meet logistic requirements
- Follow up on orders to ensure maximum order fulfillment, including major accounts with structured delivery deadlines
- Monitor merchandise performance and inventory level
- Ensure orders are pointing to the right warehouse

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Time management; meet deadlines
- Organizational skills, set priorities
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to make key decisions regarding available inventory
