**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including air conditioning controls,guests entrace/access doors, television sets, lighting systems etc.
- Complete minor work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, painting, repairs to pipelines, toilets, sinks, and laundry equipment.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues promptly.

**Skills**
- Strong facilities maintenance experience with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient in supervising teams and leading projects effectively.
- Ability to weld and fabricate components as required for repairs.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting various equipment issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically under pressure.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
