**OVERVIEW OF POSITION**:
Working with guidance from HR Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative, coordination and functional support.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Office Administration: Ordering supplies, office equipment setups, kitchen supplies, phone lists
- Customer service phone calls/transferring calls
- Front Door - directing shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.), interviews, clients
- Maintaining cleaner, landscaping contracts (HQ+MCH) and printer contract
- Maintaining kitchen and boardroom
- Helping plan and organize employee lunches and activities
- Record keeping: Maintain employee files
- Onboarding: Prepare new hire paperwork, set up new employees in Payworks system, arrange orientations with managers, assign/maintain company property, HR related training
- Offboarding: Collect company property
- Diversity training
- Sales and marketing tasks - Booking and arranging flights/hotels
- Assist with development/enhancement of HR related company policies and procedures
- Assisting all departments with filing paperwork
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative/office coordination focused role
- Previous experience with Payroll/Time & Attendance system (Payworks an asset)
- Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- This position requires successful completion of a clear background check prior to start date
- Required to be flexible on work schedule to meet business needs of all shifts
- Our operations facility is a _**20-minute**_ walk to transit
- In Office position
