Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our company’s operations and procedures. The COO will be responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring operational excellence. This part-time role offers flexibility to work both in-office and from home as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to optimize departmental performance.
- Collaborate with the CEO on business development and long-term planning.
- Direct project management efforts for key initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Implement a human resources plan, including payroll and staff productivity tracking.
- Leverage modern technologies, including AI, to enhance marketing and operations.
- Plan and coordinate company events.
- Review and track business metrics and financial performance.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role.
- Strong background in process improvement, negotiation, leadership, business development, and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Up-to-date with technology trends, especially AI for marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and public relations.
- Experience in event coordination.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
