**HOURS PER WEEK**:15-40 hours

The job is to perform each step of sushi making. They also take care of the smooth running of the counter, carrying out inventory, orders of ingredients and labeling of the products

**YOUR ROLE...**
- Prepare different dishes (sushi or poke bowl) according to promotions, planned sales and recipe book;
- Garnish the displays at the start of the store opening;
- Affix the labels on the food boxes / packaging;
- Prepare meals according to customer requests;
- Answer customer questions and inform them about the different products;
- Maintenance of work materials and equipment;
- Make inventory and weekly orders;
- Perform all other tasks related to its function.
