**Position: Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician**
We are looking for PDR technicians with basic to intermediate experience to join our team in Calgary for the current hail season. This is a seasonal opportunity with flexible hours and a percentage-based pay structure.

Seasonal work — the duration depends on hail volume and workflow

Flexible schedule — choose the hours that work best for you

No strict start time — most of the team starts around 10 AM

Work independently — pick your own hours within the day

Commission-based pay — you earn a percentage of the work you complete

**Who We're Looking For**:
Technicians with at least some hands-on PDR experience

You don't need to be highly advanced — but you should know the basics and be able to work at a decent pace

Someone who is motivated, efficient, and takes pride in quality work

Ability to work independently and manage your own time

Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to commute to our shop in Calgary
