**Territory Manager**

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

**Primary Job Purpose**

The focus of this role will be to serve clients in the retail division of Bay Resource Group. The Territory manager is responsible for cultivating client relationships, selling products and managing the retail process. Territory manager shall devote such time, energy and skill on a regular and consistent basis as is necessary to sell and promote the sale of Harbinger and related products in the Territory. Sales and promotional efforts shall be directed toward Retail Flooring Stores, Developers and Architects and Designers

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Knowledge of Luxury Vinyl Flooring lines and pricing with the ability to demonstrate technical understanding of the products. Responsible for continuously learning about new products through research.
- Assist Retailers in the showroom by offering product knowledge and pricing.
- Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Provide Display Rack maintenance and product sampling
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new sales opportunities. Prospect weekly and grow sales in all areas including custom builders, renovators, insurance, and commercial jobs.
- Job site visits prior to large flooring projects to ensure site readiness.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times

- Excellent sales and closing sales
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity while consistently acting in an ethical and fair manner

**Education and Experience Required**
- Prior industry experience required
- Previous experience in sales is highly encouraged

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
