**Position Type**: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

**About the Role**

Speedy Auto Service Victoria is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our busy service center. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational management to ensure smooth workflow, exceptional customer experiences, and strong business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Management & Leadership**:

- Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and mentor service advisors and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

**Service Advisor Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally, listen to concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly, ensuring transparency and customer understanding.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, provide accurate cost estimates, and manage invoicing.
- Organize service appointments and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Order required parts and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient repair timelines.
- Promote additional services based on vehicle needs to enhance customer satisfaction and shop revenue.
- Keep customers informed about vehicle status and confirm satisfaction after service.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service management or senior advisory role.
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid automotive knowledge; mechanical background is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with service management software and POS systems.
