**LOCATIONS**:

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Account Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our largest clients. The primary objectives are growing account revenue and preserving revenue through contract renewals and retention efforts. The Account Relations Managers serve as the central point of contact, providing pro-active, professional assistance for an assigned customer base in matters of post-sales account management and support. uControl training, education and billing support for our clients is a secondary responsibility. This position can also include some pre-sales meetings with Account Manager’s resulting in closed business.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build and maintain relationships of assigned base to grow, retain and renew account revenue as per set objectives.
- Support Account Managers in the pre-sale process by attending sales meetings, establishing relationships, and detailing responsibilities (or implementation processes) to customer resulting in closed business.
- Initiate correspondence with customers, ensure all documentation is sent and received in due time.
- Set-up accounts in various systems upon receipt of order tickets from Sales Operations Specialists (SOS).
- Promptly follow orders through with internal resources to ensure transparent, timely and successful implementation and billing.
- Liaise with customers to review initial billings
- Liaise between customer and other internal departments to assist with responses to inquiries
- Monitor, support and proactively inform the customer of any retention matters such as: delay in order processing, billing issues, technical issues, etc.
- Process credits as per company policies and procedures.
- Generate leads where possible (propose additional or new products).
- Develop referral relationship with customer base.
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Hours of work: Usual business hours.
- This role 100% remote.
- Cognitive & Emotional Examples: Fast-paced environment, shifting priorities and timelines, de-escalating difficult situations, etc.
**TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY USED**:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Experience with A3 and uControl an asset.
**CREDENTIALS**:
- Extensive experience of Telecom industry services.
- Knowledge of VOIP products and features.
- Knowledge of SIP messaging.
- Knowledge of Broadband products.
**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must be able to fluently read, write and communicate verbally in English and French to support clients across Canada.
**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
- Relationship building (both internally and externally).
- Strong customer support focus with an ability to bring sales into the conversation.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills a must.
- Strong organizing and project leadership skills.
