Seeking motivated and experienced **CARPENTERS **to join our construction team building in the Lower Mainland, BC
- WHO ARE WE?
- Tiem Builders Ltd is a high performance custom builder of premium outdoor living spaces. We specialize in building patio covers, 3 and 4 season rooms, and custom skylights.
- WHO ARE YOU?
- Experienced journeyman carpenter
- 5+ years carpentry experience working in renovations or custom home builds
- Experience in Lead Hand / Foreman - an asset
- Are comfortable working from structural and architectural drawings
- Familiar with the BC Building Code - an asset
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working hard
- Are creative and have great problem-solving skills
- Are detail-oriented and take pride in your work
- Are self-motivated and can work in a self-directed environment
- Are able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Have a full set of tools
- Have your own reliable vehicle
- Must be able to handle the physical aspects of the job
- Must be able to work outside
- NOT YOU? - LEVEL 2 - 4 WILL BE CONSIDERED IF YOU HAVE WORKED/ASSISTED IN THE FOLLOWING
- Assist in building, erecting forms or form related work
- Assist in framing and installation
- Have a full set of tools
- Have your own reliable vehicle
- Must be able to handle the physical aspects of the job
- Must be able to work outside

**Compensation & Benefits**

Position is based on a 40-hour work week Monday to Friday in the Lower Mainland, BC

Salary
- Red Seal based on experience ranges from $45+ per hour
- Level 2 - 4 starts based on experience ranges from $28-$35 per hour

Group Health Benefits:

- Offered after 30 days
