**Winnipeg Hyundai Service Department** is currently looking to fill the full time role of the **Junior Service Advisor** position. This is an entry level advisor position with the potential to develop into a senior service advisor in the future.

**Duties include**:

- Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner in our Service Drive
- Prepare customer vehicles for repair and park them as necessary
- Write customer repair orders using PBS DMS system
- Assist customers with repair requests
- Verify customer concerns with technicians and communicate needs effectively
- Obtain or update customer information in database
- Resolve customer complaints
- Promote required maintenance
- Communicate with all customers (internal/external) professionally

- Previous PBS and Hyundai experience an asset

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.50/hr

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday

**Experience**:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Dealership: 1 year (preferred)

**License/Certification**:
Class 5 Drivers License (required)
