Job description
**Winnipeg Hyundai Service Department is currently looking to fill the role of Service Cashier/Junior Advisor. This is an entry level multi-role position and is great for anyone who is looking to start their career in the Service Department.**
Duties include:
- Greeting all customers promptly when they come in to pick up their vehicle from the Service Department
- Review service work that was completed
- Collect payment from customers
- Answering incoming service calls and directing them when needed
- Back up to main advisors
- Saturday advising
- Providing excellent customer service to all of our customers
- Obtain or update customer information in database
- Resolve customer complaints
- Data Entry
- Back up to our Appointment Coordinator
- assisting in booking service appointments when needed
What we expect from you:
- Availability Monday - Saturday
- Previous experience in a dealership an asset
- Strong work ethic
- Be a team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Dependability, reliability, accountability and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Previous PBS and Hyundai experience an asset
