**Recruitment Specialist**
You have excellent communication skills that make it easy for you to connect with others. You enjoy working alongside different teams and people would describe you as having an upbeat, outgoing and positive personality.
- Lead all recruitment initiatives for EH Price.
- Work with regional specific leadership on hiring plans.
- Effectively administer the recruitment process using established processes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to gather valuable information at the front end of a search.
- Meet with hiring managers to determine requirements and team fit.
- Post positions to appropriate internet sources (internal and external)
- Execute sourcing and recruitment strategies through calling, networking, and direct recruiting efforts.
- Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
- Conduct references and background checks.
- Compile and maintain recruitment files.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HRIMS system.
- Coordinate all student recruitment efforts using established processes.
- Create, update and revise job descriptions and interview guides specific to the opportunity;
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to raise brand awareness as an employer throughout the regions.
- Develop and execute creative and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Represent the company at recruitment events.
- Achieve hiring targets.
- This position includes up to 15% travel.
- College diploma or certificate in related area (Registered Professional Recruiter) or a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment focused role.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and nurture positive working relationships.
- Integrity while handling confidential information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRMIS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Passion and energy level to support multitasking in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and driven.
- Experience working with multiple hiring managers, oftentimes with 15 - 30+ open requisitions.
- Strong time and priority management skills.
