**Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Operation**: Operate a loader to remove snow and ice efficiently and safely from parking lots, driveways, and other surfaces
- **Snow Removal**: Clear snow using the loader and ensure that surfaces are properly cleared and de-iced for safety and accessibility
- **Safety**: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including equipment inspections and safe operating procedures, to ensure the well-being of yourself and team members
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance tasks, report any issues promptly to the Site Lead to maintain optimal equipment performance
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work completed, hours worked equipment usage, materials applied, and any incidents or issues encountered
- **Communication**: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate snow removal efforts, respond to changing weather conditions, and ensure efficient service delivery
- **Emergency Response**: Be available for on-call shifts during heavy snowfall or winter weather emergencies

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Loader Operator for snow removal operations
- Proficiency in operating loaders, including experience with snow removal attachments
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations
- Strong knowledge of snow removal and winter maintenance techniques
- Ability to work effectively in cold weather conditions and adapt to changing weather patterns
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability for flexible work hours, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
