**An Overview of the Studio Manager (SM) Role**

The Studio Manager (SM) will report to the Regional Operations Manager.

The position is a salaried, **full-time**position.

All hours will be completed on-site.

- Ensure compliance and adherence to F45 business policies in daily studio operations
- The Studio Manager (SM)'s responsibility is to manage lead generation, sales conversions, new member onboarding, member and guest experience, staff relations, and generating new leads.
- Personal Production and heavy concentration on the lead management process, First Visit Bookings, Management of Active Trials, Follow ups, and System Audits (missed guests, suspensions, terminated memberships, and member relations). Strong emphasis on prioritizing the daily production model: includes call contacts, appointments, first bookings, & sales
- As a studio leader, the Studio Manager (SM) must lead by example and conduct frequent studio walk-throughs to ensure quality facility care and staff responsibility.
- Demonstrate self-involvement in all studio activities (leading by example, taking classes, coaching classes, getting involved in the community)
- Manage and drive studio performance, work strategically to assess and meet all KPIs/Studio Performance Metrics, and make appropriate, informed business decisions.
- Manage communications with and between supervisors, peers, and subordinates regarding studio needs to ensure that all departments are adequately supported and supplied at all times.
- Schedule and plan leadership meetings with the Head Coach (HC), Performance, and Athletics for ongoing updates, performance reviews, and upcoming webinars. Including Social Media Planning and Marketing Maximization.
- The Studio Manager (SM) and Regional Operations Manager will co-collaborate on a monthly all-staff meeting and plan accordingly in advance to ensure sufficient time for staff to plan.
- Attend a weekly meeting with the Regional Operations Manager to review month-to-date analysis: conversions, updates, and events, and discuss staff development opportunities and all staff meetings. This includes: Providing leadership, training, and support to the F45 Staff.
- Liaise with HQ to launch any new corporate initiatives and coordinate local partnerships strategy for the studio, adjusting as necessary. The Studio Manager (SM) is expected to produce and plan monthly social content, scheduled posts, and all events. (Vendors, B2B)
