**What You Can Expect from the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Unpack and test safety products, including weighing and repackaging equipment.
- Inspect first aid kits to confirm all items are up-to-date and functional.
- Attend and complete assigned MES deployments/exchanges to meet established targets.
- Provide suggestions for enhancing products and processes.
- Complete assigned daily tasks to meet productivity goals.
- Document and report inspection and test results, then submit them to the admin team for processing.

**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience in mechanical, maintenance, or electrical roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid BC Driver’s License and government-issued passport.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong commitment to meeting work schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
- Capability to obtain a government-controlled Port Pass and meet Marine Transportation Security Clearance (MTSC) requirements.
- Flexibility to work weekends when required (e.g., when cruise ships or ferries are in port).
- Availability to work overtime as necessary to meet service, maintenance, or repair deadlines.
