**Responsibilities**:

- Bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual corporate bookkeeping in Quickbooks
- Calculate and prepare employee payroll, posting and filing on a regular basis according to timesheets
- Handle corporate payroll and tax liability payment
- Manage and reconcile accounts payables and expenses on a regular basis
- Collaborate with external accountant for each year’s corporate tax filing (ex: prepare necessary documentation), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience with Quickbooks
- Certification In bookkeeping, accounting, or related fields is necessary
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Must be organized, detailed oriented, and comfortable meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently]
- Designated Accountant or Senior Bookkeeper with minimum 2 years full cycle accounting experience is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
