**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate project budgets and pricing.
- Oversee cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that arise.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, conducting regular site visits to assess performance against project goals.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status for upper management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
- Solid background in construction estimating, pricing, cost control, and budgeting practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in project management or construction management are a plus.
- Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. Join our team as a Lead Project Manager where your expertise will contribute significantly to our success in delivering outstanding projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
