**About the Role**:Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the Warranty Administrator supports the Service Department in warranty compliance and processes and submits warranty claims in an efficient manner to ensure a high-level of claim acceptance. The Warranty Administrator also coordinates and works closely with other team members to resolve problems with warranty repair orders.

**Schedule**: Mon-Thurs; 8:00am-4:30pm, 32 hours per week

**Compensation**: $35,000 - $42,000/yr

**Contract**:13-18 month; Contract to cover Maternity leave

**Who you are**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years of recent automotive warranty administration
- ** Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail a must.
- ** Tech Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM/DMS software like PBS, CDK or similar
- ** Work Style**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**What your day will look like**:

- Process and submit warranty claims within Hyundai Canada guidelines and follow up for prompt payment.
- Stay updated on manufacturer’s criteria, recalls, and bulletins for warranty compliance.
- Manage and reconcile warranty accounts and schedules regularly.
- Assist team members with warranty compliance and processes.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
