**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Administrator** to join our team. This role is a blend of **front-line reception duties**, ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and supporting a fast-paced real estate office.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements.
- Provide technical support as needed for internal systems.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in system administration or IT support is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer management tasks.
