In addition to the core functionality of selling tickets to events, the product roadmap includes everything from an integrated back-end dashboard to travel and DIY products while ensuring we service 110% of user and customer needs of today and tomorrow.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a dynamic Box Office Lead to our AdmitONE business.

The Box Office Lead will provide on site support to AdmitONE clients and venues in execution of events from a Box Office perspective.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ticketing activities at the Box Office with a strong commitment to superior customer service
- Provide support and assistance to the General Manager in all areas of Box Office and ticketing operations including ticket processing using AdmitONE
- Work at Offsite venues to sell or issue event tickets.
- Inventory Management (releasing holds, processing paid and comp sales)
- Settlement and Event reporting
- Communicate with QET FOH supervisor and production manager pre-show to ensure all event information is received and understood
- Help to schedule and hire part time box office personnel
- Some travel may be required from time to time.
- Other duties as required

Must-haves
- Our shows and events take place in the evenings, during weekends and on holidays. As a result, flexibility to work these shifts is required
- While this role will be located primarily at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, flexibility to work box office at other various venues throughout may be required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with those both inside and outside the business
- Innovative, creative and critical thinking
- Problem solving and analytical abilities
- Project management, multi-tasking, and time management
- Ability to work well with a team or individually

Schedule: Part-time (Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays)

Reports to: General Manager, AdmitONE

Wage: $20/Hr
