**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Design and deliver customized virtual and in-person training to newly hired IC team members.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning technologies to enhance our offerings.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Manager, as required.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**:

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of PH&N IC, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office role.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently, as well as a part of a team.
- Able to work from a home office, as well as travel across Canada when required.
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Post-secondary education
- Experience in a training capacity, along with strong problem-solving skills.
