**OVERVIEW**

The VP of Finance will manage the accounting team and be responsible for all aspects of corporate finance, including but not limited to general accounting, controls, taxation, treasury, intercompany transactions, analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports for both CA and US. The VP of Finance will work closely with the executive team and ensure that the agency is following the best practices in the market and optimizing processes to enable scale and growth.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Participate in the development of the organization’s overall financial strategies;
- Analyze the company’s financial performance and propose solutions to maintain and develop the profitability of operations;
- Guide the account management teams to assure strong revenue recognition
- Manage all financing projects;
- Develop and maintain excellent business ties with investors, auditors and government representatives;
- Prepare the analysis required for sound business management;
- Work in collaboration with specialists for best taxation and other accounting strategies;
- Guide the accounting team in bookkeeping and the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, in accordance with accounting standards;
- Manage financial/commercial contracts;
- Structure the operations of its sector in order to ensure the efficiency and performance of indicators and financial information mechanisms;

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- An undergraduate university education in accounting or finance as well as a recognized accounting designation (graduate an asset);
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in accounting practice;
- Marketing Agency experience (an asset)

- Excellent analytical and management skills;

- Possess an extensive network of relationships with institutions and professionals;
