**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products (food and beverage) and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Be able to work alone.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be 19 Years old.
- Must have Food Safety and Responsibile Servers Course. (If needed this can be completed before start of work)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions promptly.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

In this role, you will be inside the Pool Hut most of your shift. You will have a schedule to follow over the summer. The shifts are 12pm-8pm when you are scheduled-weather permitting.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2.5-3 months

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work Location: In person
