The Lot Attendant we’re looking for is someone that is well-coordinated, has a strong attention to detail and thrives well working on their own. The friendly, self-starting, methodical individual we want is someone who enjoys prioritizing their workday and loves to be able to cross things off their daily “To Do” list. At Township, our Lot Attendants have the unique opportunity to drive every vehicle on our dealership’s lot. A key part of this role is maintaining the organization and appearance of our inventory, ensuring that every car is properly positioned, clean, and ready for customers. You'll also be responsible for making sure all vehicles are parked with the correct stickers, flags, and danglers.

Beyond moving cars around the lot, you'll manage overflow inventory, keeping track of makes, models, and trims to maintain a well-balanced selection. You’ll coordinate with the transport companies and other dealerships delivering vehicles to us, inspecting each one for damage and ensuring they are cleaned, tagged, and parked correctly.

Additionally, you'll make sure every vehicle has fuel or a full charge (for electric models), address any dead batteries or maintenance issues, and keep all vehicles spotless and test-drive ready.

- **Salary**: $17-$20/hour

**Experience**:

- **Education**: High School or GED
- **Experience**: Strong employment track record and employer references.
- **Other**: Valid Drivers License, Clean Drivers Abstract, Comfortable driving large pick up trucks, Able to drive a manual is considered an asset

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
