**Administrative Office & Sales Support**

**In business since 1957, Kent Homes is one of the largest home builders and mobile shelter rental companies in Atlantic Canada. We have 150,000 square feet of space dedicated to building quality homes year-round. We serve remote, rural, and urban centers throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario.**

**Responsibilities/Duties**
- Responsibility for managing day to day operations of office
- Establishing & maintaining an effective filing system
- Accurate record keeping in existing data entry systems
- Manage Kent Homes’ Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Point of contact for past customers inquiries as well as assisting with new customers
- Managing purchase orders and ensure all invoices are received.
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting them where appropriate
- Assisting with customer orders and ensuring all required documentation are signed and filed appropriately
- Play integral role with Project Manager & Sales Manager to ensure Kent Homes meets customers’ expectations

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in business administration or relevant work experience
- 2-5 years of experience preferred
- Experience in construction considered an asset, but not required
- Experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of detail and organizational skills
