Contract Administrator

**CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR**

**Kent Homes is Atlantic Canada's largest provider of homes and modular space solutions. We've been building quality structures since 1958 as part of the J.D. Irving, Limited group of businesses. Kent Homes Limited consists of 3 distinct business units: Kent Commercial, Kent Mobile Shelters, and the residential home division entitled Kent Homes. Located in Bouctouche, New Brunswick, we build top quality homes and offices year round.**

This position will report into the engineering team.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Process and complete customer orders, ensuring that all financial documents are present.
- Validate that customer quotes and orders are correct.
- Expedite critical to the customer milestones through Engineering, Purchasing and Production.
- Prepare engineering documentation package.
- Enter Sale Orders for both Residential and Commercial orders ensuring they meet payment and terms.
- Process addendums / change orders and expedite associated payments.
- Ensure engineering requirements are met for custom options.
- Process orders for aftersales material.
- Assist Engineering with Misc. Administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- A post-secondary degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in contract management in the construction industry would be an asset
- Designation as a CCA (Construction Contract Administrator) would be a strong asset.
- Strong grasp of contract management administration and legal language.
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
- Very Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
