**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Barista** with a passion for crafting beverages and being part of a vibrant, creative team As a Barista, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every order reflects Sarang’s commitment to excellence. From brewing the perfect espresso to mastering our specialty drinks, your work behind the counter will contribute to sweet moments of joy for every guest.

**Your Role**:

- ** Craft Beverages with Passion**: Bring every recipe to life, from silky lattes to vibrant specialty drinks. Precision, creativity, and consistency are at the heart of your craft.
- **Maintain the Barista Station**: Keep the workspace organized and fully stocked, ensuring a smooth workflow for yourself and your team. A clean and well-prepared station is the foundation of success.
- **Operate with Care**: Handle espresso machines, blenders, and brewing tools like a pro. Clean and maintain equipment daily to uphold Sarang’s high standards.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work seamlessly with the Counter Prep and Cashier teams, creating an efficient, harmonious workflow that delivers the best results for our guests.
- **Uphold Quality and Pride**: Take pride in every drink you prepare, knowing that your work is part of Sarang’s mission to deliver excellence and joy.

**What You Bring**:

- A passion for crafting beverages and ensuring quality in every cup.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in operating espresso machines and other beverage preparation tools is an asset, but training is available.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
