Ontario Motor Sales, a proud General Motors dealership serving the Durham Region for nearly 100 years, is expanding our team We’re looking for a **Concierge Coordinator** to play a vital role in maintaining relationships with our clients post-sale.

**About the Role**:
As a Concierge Coordinator, you will engage positively with customers, assist with maintenance scheduling, and educate clients on recommended vehicle services and part replacements. You’ll also handle inquiries, maintain customer records, and address any concerns that arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster positive interactions with customers
- Assist in scheduling maintenance and explaining recommended services
- Maintain customer information and records
- Address customer inquiries and concerns

**What you bring**:

- Exceptional ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and general computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives within a team setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- This is an in-office position
