The Application Delivery Lead, eCommerce & Digital will leverage structured project management techniques to effectively manage small to large-scale projects across multiple disciplines and possess a knowledge of technologies specifically within the realms of e-commerce and modern digital SaaS solutions. The Application Delivery Lead, eCommerce & Digital is able to ensure a high level of resolution of problem situations, and successful completion of deliverables and outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities and Job Duties**:

- Delivery lifecycle - manage the delivery lifecycle for a multi-release system/process which will introduce new systems, processes, functionality and capabilities to the organization and customers;
- Planning - Contribute to larger team in the role of planner and facilitator, effectively communicating program / project vision to the team;
- Stakeholder management - effectively partner and communicate with project stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and in both business and IT functions;
- Financial management - forecasting, budget tracking, analysis, and communication;
- Risk management - identification, mitigation, and communication of all project risks;
- Status and communication management - prepare and present project status at the working team, Director, and Executive levels;
- Change management - ensure efficient and timely management of necessary changes;
- Leadership - Lead the team by example, getting hands-on driving project planning, design, and paying detailed attention to quality and time;
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Key Competencies and Experience**:

- College/university degree in Computer Science or Math or the equivalent
- Certification in project management considered an asset
- IT software project management experience Excellent oral and written communication skills including the preparation and presentation of senior management reporting packages and project business cases
- Proven ability to manage large scale and complex projects, lasting 6 to 12+ months in duration and requiring cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to deliver Extensive experience in commerce project/product management, strategic planning, web commerce package implementation, SaaS software implementation, knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design in the ecommerce space.
- Solid understanding of omni channel IT stack needs in the ecommerce/physical goods and/or telco context
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models, and specifically SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Strong people skills, with the inclination to engage and support
- Design and development experience ideally in multiple languages including Java, CSS, HTML5
- Experience Developing consise and impactful executive communications documents
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira Big Picture project / resource management tools
- Experience in enterprise level ecommerce platforms (Hybris, ATG, WCS, etc)
