The next stage of T-RIZE will be defined by disciplined delivery, operational rigor, and the ability to scale a platform at institutional standards.Role OverviewThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Downtown Montreal for a Senior Operations & Delivery Lead (Execution & Coordination).You will act as the execution anchor across critical initiatives — platform delivery, client onboarding, cross-team coordination, and external follow-up with institutional clients and partners. You will build the operating cadence, enforce accountability, and ensure delivery remains aligned with priorities, timelines, and quality standards.This is a high-trust, high-visibility position working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business).
