Retail Division - Meat Department/Clerk

- **Duties**:_
- Courteous and polite customer service, following through on all customer service requests and giving each customer undivided attention
- Abide by the strictest food safety standards
- Stocking and maintaining displays, keeping all signage and pricing current
- Preparation and cleanup of butcher areas
- Sign for incoming raw materials and stock coolers accordingly
- Practice safe use of all tools and equipment used in the production of all meat products
- Trim meats, cut meats, debone meats, produce sausages, package & wrap products for retail, and wholesale and perform all other activities as needed
- **Skills & Abilities**:_
- Must be Punctual and Reliable
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have some knife skills
- Must be self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Able to meet physical job requirements
- Experience preferred, but not mandatory
