Trevco Steel Ltd. is a family owned and operated steel fabrication company based out of Erin, Ontario. Since 2004, we have provided contractors and developers with a variety of steel fabrication and installation services.

We are currently seeking a **full-time Structural Steel Fitter to become a member of our day and/or evening shift team**. Trevco Steel Ltd. ensures its employees a work environment that is safe, secure and consistent all while being both challenging and rewarding.

**Who You Are**
- Have 1-2 years of experience with an overhead crane, current valid certification considered an asset.
- Have fitting/welding experience, current CWB ticket considered an asset.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Have experience in an industrial environment.
- The ability to work well and communicate with others.
- The ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization skills, problem solving, integrity and task prioritization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Consistently and reliably work scheduled hours.

**What You Do**
- Recognize, set up and operate hand and power tools common to the steel trade.
- Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to specification.
- Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
- Mark or tag identification on parts.
- Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently in order to move materials.
- Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
- Have and maintain CWB certified welding tickets.
- Proficient in reading fabrication drawings.
- Know and identify weld symbols.
- Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

**Your Schedule**
- **Day Shift**_

Full-time day shift working hours are 9 hours per shift Monday to Thursday and 8 hours per shift on Friday for a total of 44 hours per week.

Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-3:30pm

Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm

Saturday-Sunday: Off
- **Evening Shift**_

Full-time evening shift working hours are 11 hours per shift Monday to Thursday for a total of 44 hours per week.

Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-3:00am

Friday-Sunday: Off
