This position requires somebody who can provide extraordinary customer service and be the go-to expert on cannabis products for our customers. This includes sales, managing inventory, keeping the store clean and beautiful, helping each customer find the right product for their personal preference, and assisting with outreach efforts.

We're seeking a passionate ASM that love to learn; the industry never stops growing.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide and coach Budtenders on excellent customer service and manage any customer concerns
- Provide education on cannabis products and related topics to help customers find the best products to suit their needs
- Inventory management and back-of-house support
- Closing and completing all end of day reports and procedures
- Ensure store is clean and tidy and meets the most stringent sanitary requirements
- Assists with marketing
- Reach sales targets (sales bonuses if you can reach your targets)

**Experience & Background**
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Cannsell certified, background check required
- Previous retail, inventory management, sales, or customer service experience
- Previous brand ambassador experience
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Team Player
- Knowledge of/ability to learn about cannabis products
- Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiastic
- Attention to detail
- Organized and excels at project management

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Tips
