**Some of what you will do**:
**Specifically, You Will**:

- Execute category growth plans through line extensions and development of new products & services.
- Create production plan and design templates for all in plant produced Staples brand digital print products.
- Develop training materials, working with Learning & Development designer to develop and facilitate new & updated training content.
- Manage web-based production workflows from intake through to template based production.
- Create and maintain training materials and instruction for retail-based productions.
- Support inside and outside sales teams with quoting and production planning while utilizing production equipment in a cost and time effective manner.
- Working with the Staples hardware and supplies specialists to develop Staples standards and settings for existing and future equipment.
- Limited editing of customer files and templates using design and print software from Adobe Creative Cloud, EFI Fiery productivity suite and W2P platforms such as MediaClip, OnPrintShop and XMPie
- Executes cost analysis strategies that maximize sales & profitability.
- Execute divisional communication that influences associate behaviours and activities in support of achieving key business outcomes.
- Oversees execution of category launch plans, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged, and deliverables are executed on time, as promised.

**Some of what you need**:

- University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent experience in related field, i.e.: Business Administration.
- Minimum of two years previous experience in a buying, fleet management or store print sales function.
- 1-3 years of progressive category development experience, ideally in the Print Services industry
- Post secondary degree/diploma with a focus in business, retail management or equivalent experience.
- Pro-active and initiative-taking work style with proven ability to support multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong and effective communication; both written & oral
- Knowledge of all MS Office products with a primary focus on PowerPoint and Excel
- Critical Thinking, Analysis, and Decision Making
