You’ll be a key part of the team responsible for preparing the production graphic files and printing to final output. This position requires a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, hands-on experience with printing equipment, strong attention to detail, can work independently and be self-directed as well as work as part of a team. Join our growing team and make your mark in a fast-paced, professional, and dynamic team environment. **On any given day you’ll be doing one or a combination of these things**: - Prepare graphic files for printing, UV inkjet, sublimation, digital printing, and engraving. - Print paper and plastic products on digital printers. - Prepare variable data name list files in excel for import. - Operate and maintain print equipment including printers, cutters and laser engravers. - Manage print schedules and production timelines to ensure job accuracy and efficiency. - Inspect printed materials for quality control, color accuracy, finishing, and color correction in the manufacturing process when needed. - Help maintain a clean and well-organized manufacturing environment, assist with recycling. - Create customized software templates and customer samples. - Maintain inventory of printing consumables. - Fallow all safety and quality standards in the print environment. - Participate in continuous improvement processes to reduce waste and improve productivity. - Assist in other areas of the operations department as capacity requires taping, assembling name badges, jig loading etc. **You Possess**: - High school diploma / related post-secondary education - 2 - 5 years of Graphic design experience in print production or digital printing. - Proficient with Coral Draw and Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience with RIP Software and color calibration tools along with color management. - Ability to communicate well (written and oral) in English is required. - Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook - High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strong organizational skills. - Ability to lift, up to 30lbs and work in a standing position as needed. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Schedule**: - Day shift - Monday to Friday **Work Location**: In person **Key Performance Criteria**: - On time completion of Production orders 100% - Scrap Ratio - (< 5%) - Error Rate - (
