Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the building management team and the Maintenance Supervisor, the position will be responsible for performing regular maintenance at a residential rental building of which includes but are not limited to:
Pool maintenance
Minor appliance repair and fixture installation
Minor heating and plumbing repairs
Minor repair of electrical systems
Other repairs such as basic carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
Snow removal and de-icing of common walkways and stairs
Minor suite cleaning
Lawn mowing and cleaning as needed

**Qualifications**:
Self-motivated with the ability to take directions and work without supervision
Has a professional work ethic
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge and/or experience regarding electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, and pool maintenance is preferred
Pool Operator certification as asset, but not required
Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act an asset, but not required
Availability to work weekends and an on-call rotation for after hour emergencies
